I bought a 2020 exhaust in their pre-owned area, the service was good, even though the pre-owned manager told me that they do an exhaustive inspection, they cannot give you a document that says how your vehicle is (for example life of battery, oil and antifreeze levels), they only tell you that it is "ok". On the other hand, when I went to pick up the vehicle, the pre-owned manager told me that he would give it to me with 15 liters of gasoline, but he only had the reserve, I realized this when I left the agency. I sent a message to the manager but he didn't pay me a single peso. When I went to see the truck for the first time it also didn't have gas and we left with the reserve, that's how they delivered it to me. Another problem I had was that the truck had 2 security bolts and they did not give me the key. When I contacted the manager, he couldn't do anything, because Ford didn't have this key. I asked him to cover the cost of removing the studs and he only told me that he was sorry, that Ford didn't tell him anything. Practically after giving you the car, if there is something with it, you have no guarantee of anything, mine was something very small, imagine if it is something big, like a problem with the engine or transmission? Be very careful when buying, because it is an agency you should not trust blindly, take your trusted mechanism to check the unit, make an inventory of things that it should have, such as the key for the security bolts or the security kit (fire extinguisher, triangle, power cables) that all cars come with from the factory (at least the Ford one). It is unfortunate that the sellers talk nice to you when you go to buy and once you leave with the car they tell you: it's your problem, you signed and everything is on you. Zero stars in after-sales customer service, I only ask for the minimum since I bought a car that was not given to me.
